Adam Brody calls ‘Blue’s Clues’ role he fought hardest for
Everyone wants this: Adam Brody says he “tried really hard” to play on Clues of Blue.
The actor called his hearing for the beloved children’s show The role for which he fought the hardest at the start of his career, sharing the endearing anecdote with his funny colleagues Ted Danson, Seth Rogen, Julio Torres, John Mulaney and Jason Segel for The Hollywood ReporterRound table of the comedy actor.

Burns left the show in 2002 and was replaced by Donovan Patton and later, Joshua Dela Cruz, the current host of the show. But Burns has remained a must for young fans and adults, having become viral for having checked his subscribers now millennial on social networks during the cocovid-19 pandemic and the polarizing presidential re-election of Donald Trump.

But, hey, Brody has since rebounded these perceived losses. He won a memorable concert on Gilmore Girls As Lane (Keiko Agena) hep Alien Bandmate and boyfriend Dave Rygalski. Then came his role of escape on the drama of Teen 2003 The OC, In which Brody played the role of Seth Cohen, preferred by fans, during the four seasons.
He recently generated buzz prizes for his role as Rabbi Hunky on the Netflix Rom-Com series Nobody wants that. The star won his very first appointment to the Golden Globe earlier this year for the role and is considered a competitor to the Emmy at the next ceremony this fall.

Appear on Weekly entertainment‘s Lordist Podcast alongside the Costar Kristen Bell, Brody was amazed at the “instant” success of the show and its role, which was considered the Kickstarter of what was hailed as the Renaissance of Adam Brody.
“I think I stopped in the street almost the day after its release and that I received sms from anyone – my handyman, anyone in my life – on my phone,” said Brody. “I have never witnessed everything that was also felt overnight and as omnipresent as that.”
