Jonas Brothers cancel Jonas20 shows, ditch stadiums for smaller venues


The Jonas Brothers decrease their next tour.

The musicians “Burnin ‘Up” announced the cancellation of six concerts for their Jonas20: Living The Dream Tour on Thursday, saying that they will replace the next stadium performances with shows in smaller places on the same dates.

“At fans, we are delighted to go out and be with you for our 20th anniversary tour!” The group wrote in a declaration on social networks. “Each decision we take is with you in mind, ensuring the best experience for our incredible fans. We make changes, but rest assured, all the performances always occur on the same dates and in the same cities. We pour our hearts to make it the best tour that we have ever made.”

The group then explained that fans will have to buy new tickets for the new shows, but those who bought tickets for the canceled concerts will have a priority presale linked to their ticketmaster accounts.

“We apologize for any drawback that these changes have caused, and we can’t wait to see you on the road!” They concluded.

The group’s August 12 show in Washington, DC, which was to take place in the Nationals Park, will now be held in Jiffy Lube Live, while the concert of the brothers in Philadelphia on August 14 will be held at the Freedom Pavilion Pavilion Pavilion rather than in Citizens Bank. Their concert of August 26 in Chicago will take place at the amphitheater of Credit Union 1 (in the suburbs of Tinley Park) instead of Wrigley Field, and their performance of August 28 in Detroit will occur in Little Caesars Arena instead of Comerica Park. In addition, the Dallas program of the group on August 31 will now be held in the Dos Equis pavilion rather than on the Globe Life Field, and their concert in Los Angeles on September 6 will now take place in Intuits Dome in Inglewood instead of the Dodger Stadium.
