US Open 2025: JJ Spaun claims incredible major victory ahead of Bob MacIntyre and Viktor Hovland at Oakmont | Golf News
JJ SPAUN snatched great glory in the United States after overcoming a nightmare start to head towards a congestioned ranking and win a dramatic victory in Oakmont.
Spaun entered the final round of a shot behind Sam Burns, but saw his hopes which apparently finished with five Bogeys in his first six holes, only to recharge in the line after a long delay in time.
The American displayed two long -range Birdies on his new back – because many final pairs fought on a saturated course, before canceling a Bogey in the 15th with a two -strokes in the 17th by four drives to take a advance at a blow to the final hole.
SPAUN found the green by two in two and left a two blows of 65 feet to stay ahead of Macintyre, only to trace his putt for an extraordinary birdie to claim a victory with two strokes on the Scottish and to expand the wild celebrations of the 18th green.
A Spaun of two out of 72 ending the week on a money and as the only game under game, Macintyre ending the finalist in front of the Ryder Cup team, Viktor Hovland, after one of the most incredible final history in recent history.
