Courtney Thorne-Smith files for divorce from husband Roger Fishman

THE Melrose Place Star asked for the divorce of Fishman on June 17, according to documents examined by Entertainment every week. The documents were submitted to the California Superior Court without a lawyer and cite “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for the split.

The couple got married on January 1, 2007 and has been separated since September 1, 2021. Thorne-Smith and Fishman are looking for the joint legal and physical custody of their 17-year-old son, Jacob Emerson Fishman.

The documents indicate that Thorne-Smith and Fishman have also agreed not to seek child support or support for spouses.
