Red Panda, legendary halftime performer, injured after fall during performance at Lynx vs. Fever game

A major injury occurred in the final of the WNBA commissioner on Tuesday between the Lynx of Minnesota and Indiana fever. But the injury did not involve a player; He was an emblematic half-time artist Red Panda.

Red Panda, whose real name is Rong “Krystal” Niu, seemed to hurt his left wrist after falling from his monocycle very early in his legendary unicycle and his bowl routine at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Niu, who must use a scale to set up his monocycle 7 feet high, held the wrist while being helped from the field. At first, she was standing, but later, she needed the help of a wheelchair, as seen in a video published by Ben Pickman of athletics.

According to athletics, Niu was seen by an employee of the arena leaving in an ambulance.

Niu is a popular acrobat which has become a legend of the performance circuit at halftime, appearing in the NBA, WNBA and university basketball matches for decades. His first NBA match took place in 1993.

Niu also appeared on the eight season of “America’s Got Talent” and season 18 of the Sister show “Britain’s Got Talent”.
