‘SNL’ alum Bobby Moynihan was once sent ‘an envelope full of bullets’ at work


Bobby Moynihan has just revealed some of the craziest fan letters he received Saturday Night Live.

The actor appeared on the Syd & Olivia Talk S — Podcast and shared some wild ways that fans have expressed their appreciation for his work.

“I obtained an envelope full of bullets once at work, just like an envelope with a drawing of one of my characters holding a machine gun and the envelope had bullets,” said Moynihan. “It was Riblet and there was an incredible Riblet anime drawing, like, pulling a machine gun. And then there were bullets and he was instantly taken with my hands.”

Riblet was one of the recurring characters of “Update” of Moynihan, who is the friend of Odious LycĂ©e by Michael Che.

Moynihan said he had often received other strange fans messages on Facebook, which led him to delete the application on his phone. THE Snl The alum noted that he had received a lot of requests for fans for photos of the feet of other actors.

When asked by the hosts why he thought that fans felt comfortable asking him for something so bizarre, Moynihan said he could be “too nice”, adding: “I think I’m a pleasure.”

Riblet did not appear during SNL50, But fans saw another characters from Moynihan to make a comeback. The drunk uncle stopped at the “Updated Update” office during the show’s anniversary special to deliver his hikes by virtue of the signature.
