‘Bachelor in Paradise’ season 10, episode 2 romance recap

Good news, Rose Lovers! ABC treats us with five hours of Baccalaureate in paradise This week, because the three -hour episode this evening will be followed by a normal episode of two hours on Tuesday. Wait, did I say, “good news”? I meant, “Why is this network trying to kill us?”

Here is a bright point: the episode of tonight has unveiled the brand new intro, defined on an “improved” version of “almost paradise”. In addition, this allowed the crew to embark on the action:

In any case, men distributed the roses this week, which means that the beach was infiltrated with new women. So what couples have survived and what news formed? Let’s recapt!

Brian throws Zoe for Parisa

File under: “Developments that we have seen at 10,000 miles away”. Brian immediately begins to ignore Zoe in the morning after she gave him a rose, and he is one of the first on the beach to greet the new arrivals Alli Jo, 31, and Parisa, 30, both from Grant’s season. Although Zoe tries to keep the new arrivals at a distance (“don’t take my man!” She warned), her efforts are in vain thanks to the first “chemistry test”: using an iPad, competitors choose the members of the opposite sex they want to sow. Competitors who correspond can visit a “kissing stand” on the beach and keep everything anonymous. “I slipped directly on everyone,” admits Brian. “I don’t give a S —.”

Clearly. After giving Zoe a “passionate” kiss during the chemistry test – and claimed that she was the only one he chose to kiss! – Brian as a plant in Parisa and later accepted a date of her. Flash forward:

Sorry, Zoe – But you dodged a ball, girl.

Jonathon sticks to Alexe

He clicked on “yes” on almost everyone during the chemistry test, and corresponded to four: Alexe, Alli Jo, Parisa and Bailey. Although his interaction with Alexe is initially “clumsy”, Jonathan ultimately nicks her best kiss. That said, he accepts an Alli Jo – which means that Alex is leaving …

… To this:

Alexe is on the edge of “Bachelor in Paradise”.

Happy to see Paradise’s new “high” tone does not apply to sarcastic legends. Jonathon and Alli Jo seem to have fun with their appointments, but they cannot match the clumsy-chinese chemistry he has with Alexe. And when Jonathon says yes to an appointment with Jill, 29 years old – who arrives about an hour in the episode – he is the zones essentially from the start.

Counterpoint: Alexe admitted to a confessional that she “does not feel that to him”, and the bartender Wells Adams says he is not sure that he sees a romantic connection. For the moment, however, these two are solid.

Jeremy sticks to Bailey

“I slipped directly into four girls,” admits Jeremy before the chemistry test. Alas, it only corresponds to Bailey. As much as he wants to keep his options open, most other women are not interested.

The only snack that Jeremy obtains is from Justin’s ex, Susie, 31, who arrives this week and asks her for an appointment. But it does not seem too excited about this. “Jeremy is my best bet to possibly have a link here,” she explains. “I hope there could be a spark.” If there are any, it is invisible to the naked eye – but Jeremy is torn together until the rose ceremony. He admits to Bailey that he was injured in the past after being “completely” on a relationship too quickly, and he tries to avoid this this time. Maybe … but I think the editors of the legend have summarized it better:

Jeremy is unusually popular on “Bachelor in Paradise”.

ABC

Lol, brutal. In the end, Jeremy chooses to stay with Bailey, which sets up the great sacrifice (attempted) by Justin. (More things about it below.)

Dale glue with kat

Despite the Batotage Alexe, Alli Jo and Zoé during the challenge of the kisses, Dale claims to be completely struck by Kat. When Zoé tries to overflow a conversation with him later in the episode, Dale firmly politely: “Kat is my goal at the moment.” Are you sure, brother? Then explain this:

Dale Smooches Alli Jo on “Bachelor in Paradise”.

You know that the challenge is over, right? Dale always has the impression that he is “at the crossroads” when the evening takes place. But an ephemeral moment during the cocktail – when he took a look at Kat and was “lost” in his beauty – makes the decision for him.

Dale gives Kat a rose on “Bachelor in Paradise”.

Spencer glue with Jess

These two are very cute. Unlike most other men, Spencer did not choose to beat other women during the chemistry test – and he was rewarded with a very hot kiss with Jess, who also rejected everyone.

ABC

“Sorry for my family and my watch that looks,” gleams Jess. For the rest of the episode, they just dragged together as Lovey-Dovey.

Justin tries (and fails) to sacrifice himself to Susie

“I am a guy’s type of woman,” said Justin before the chemistry test. Of course it was Before Lexi told her that she “could not move forward with a [romantic] Connection ”, because she fears that he is not on her ex, Susie. And it was Also Before Susie appeared on the beach. Say it with me, pink lovers: the devil works hard, but Bachelor Producers work harder!

Susie interrupts Justin’s flow on “Bachelor in Paradise”.

ABC

When Susie and Justin sit together, they immediately become emotional. The last time they saw each other, said Justin, they returned goods like spare keys – so being together again is, in Susie’s words, a little crushing. “It’s hard to be here with him,” she says. “There will be unresolved feelings.”

Even so, she assures Lexi that she and Justin are ready to move on. This completely changes Lexi’s perspective, and during the cocktail, she tries to convince him that she wants to continue a relationship with him. Everything seems to be back on the right track, but when Justin chats with Susie that evening, he realizes how guilty he will feel if he remains on the beach and she returns home. Cut to:

Susie would like to be excluded from this story on “Bachelor in Paradise”.

ABC

Good question, girl!

Susie turned upside down and confused tells Justin that she cannot accept her rose. Shortly after, he gets out, leaving everyone – especially Lexi – completely confused. Finally, Lexi leaves also, brushing the attempt of the host Jesse Palmer to keep it on the spot. “It’s ridiculous,” she breathes. “It’s good, I’m just ready to go home.” Lexi will he join Alli Jo, Jill, Zoe and (perhaps) Susie and Justin on the first flight out of Costa Rica? We will have to wait until tomorrow evening to find out.

Baccalaureate in paradise Episode 3 is broadcast on Tuesday July 15 at 8 p.m. PT / and on ABC.
