Jon Stewart blames Elmo hack for derailing ‘The Daily Show’
The world is still in shock from Elmo’s benefits to be hacked on social networks – and that includes Jon Stewart.
In the episode of Monday of The Daily ShowStewart has launched things saying to the public: “Let me be completely frank: we had a huge spectacle planned for you. Well designed, articulated, a huge deconstruction of the different problems of the day. We have prepared a whole room on the new Trump prices, the breakdown of the different rates and their secondary impacts – a really lit dive.”
Unfortunately, he said: “At the last minute, we had to delete all of this because Elmo lost his mind.”
Stewart referred to the fact that Sunday, the pirates took over the beloved Sesame Street The character’s X account and use it to publish a series of anti -Semitic remarks, calling President Donald Trump a “puppet” for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and says Trump is appointed to the alleged list of customers of the sex offender condemned Jeffrey Epstein.

“This is what happens when you go too long without tickling Elmo,” joked Stewart about the incident.
A sesame workshop spokesman said Weekly entertainment This Elmo account was “secured” on Monday, after being “briefly compromised by an unknown hacker who published disgusting messages, including anti -Semitic and racist messages”.
But Stewart – whose story with Elmo returns back – was not easily appeased.
“I worked with Elmo because everyone remembers definitively,” he said, referring to his appearance on the 1998 Sesame Street special Elmopalooza. “The truth is that I am honest, Elmo at the time was great to work.
To punctuate his point, Stewart invited Elmo to speak for himself. But rather than being joined by reality Sesame Street Muppet, Stewart presented a rudimentary version of the puppet, which he expressed.
Defending against Stewart’s questions, the false Elmo insisted that the messages were written by foreigners.
“They hacked Elmo!” He protested. “They guessed Elmo’s password was Elmo123! Elmo knows that passwords should have more figures, but Elmo only knows three numbers.”
Stewart then reminded his guest the importance of responsibility, encouraging the Muppet to sulk before admitting: “It is true, Elmo was not hacked. It was Elmo … But Elmo was radicalized by the Manosphere.”

When Stewart stressed that Elmo is supposed to be a model for children, the puppet has become defensive.
“Do you cancel Elmo?!” he asked. “Again, the so-called tolerant left is a police discourse that is not practical for their awakened dogma. Who is the real puppet now, Jon?! You are the real puppet.”

Stewart finally managed to put the show on the right track, analyzing the Trump administration of the Epstein affair and the right -of -right. But in the last moments of the show, Elmo made a sudden return, exclaiming: “Viva la Revolución!”
The puppet explained that listening to “Stewart’s sharp analysis of the many hypocrisies of the right radicalized Elmo on the populist left”, then shouted: “Luigi Libre!”
