Valerie Bertinelli says ‘regrets have passed’ with late mother


Working on her new book to actress Valerie Bertineli feels as reflective, especially with regard to her late mother.

In an Instagram publication of Friday, the One day both Star shared the latest addition to his workspace – a photo of his mother, Nancy, in his youth – which made her think of their relationship when she works on her new project. “I added a photo of my mother recently,” she wrote alongside a photo of her computer with the photo supported next to it. “She’s at 18, I think. Isn’t she beautiful?”

Bertinelli continued: “I have talked to her a lot lately. I know that she can hear me. I can feel him, but I would like her to be here so that I can see him in her eyes. There was so much not saying when she was alive. My regrets went, but I hope she knows how much I love it.”

Nancy died in 2019 from rheumatoid arthritis at 82 years old.

“While I sat on my computer to continue the modifications, reading and writing for my new book, (I will let you know more when it is closer to the date of advertising), I started to think about inspiration and the way my work surface has changed over the years,” said Bertinelli.

Referring to a plaque with a sitting quote next to her mother’s photo, she wrote: “I had this quote” Life does not put things in front of you that you cannot manage “for what looks like always, always sitting there, always reminding me.”

Bertinelli continued: “It turned out to be quite true. Life can be incredibly difficult and difficult sometimes, but I always spend through. And the happier and more peaceful moments prevail from the most difficult.”

The star and famous chef has become vulnerable with his Instagram followers lately. In May, she explained how she was going following “some of the eight of the most emotionally atrocious months” of her professional and personal life.

In his personal life, Bertinelli began to go out with the writer Mike Goodnough in January 2024, but the couple finally separated last November.

“No one has the market for sorrow and sorrow,” wrote Bertinelli. “People go through hard — all the time. You just do what you have to do to get through what you have to go.”
