Katy Perry suffers midair prop malfunction while straddling flying bug
Friday, the tour of Katy Perry brought the fans of Katy Perry out.
The pop star underwent a scary dysfunction of accessories while performing at the Chase Center in San Francisco during his last show.
Fans’ videos show the singer of “California Gurls” riding a giant butterfly accessory flying through the air above the crowd while she sing her “Roar” 2013 single when suddenly one of the wires raising the drops of massive bugs without warning. The accident caused a gigantic insect swing, but while Perry seemed naturally frightened for a while, she maintained her balance.
The technical blunder, however, forced the singer to temporarily cease to happen, when she suddenly cut her song after having surrounded the last “I see everything, I now see him” of “Roar”, leaving only the track of support to continue in the choir while the audience was haying and looked nervously from their seats. Perry refrained from reciting the line “I had the eye of the tiger, a fighter / dancing through the fire, because I am a champion” when she found her composure, but she jumped back to sing “and you will hear me roar.”
Perry then recognized the incident on Instagram, publishing a blurred photo of the butterfly drop of his surprised face with the legend “Goodnight, San Fran”.
