Liam Dawson will replace Shoaib Bashir injured in the only change in the England team to face India in the fourth test game at Old Trafford.
The Dawson left arm spinner is expected to play its first test since July 2017 with a fractured finger that ruled Bashir from the rest of the series.
After suffering the injury, Bashir had remained involved in the third test at Lord’s and won the final counter in a dramatic victory in England.
