“It seems to me to be unfinished for sure,” Mioti told EW. “Oh my God. I mean, I would like to see it again, especially because of the last time we see it. So for me, it doesn’t seem over to me, but I don’t know.”
Milioti said that conversations to bring The penguin (and her character) The back does not include it “right now”, but it remains enthusiastic about playing Sofia again. “This is a question for people who are above my remuneration note,” she said. “But yes, I know that I would still like it.”
A follow -up of the film by Matt Reeves 2022 Batman Focus on the known of Colin Farrell Oswald Cobb, The penguin won 24 nominations at the Emmy Tuesday morning, making it the second most novel program of the year (behind Breakupwhich won 27 appointments). Milioti recognized that although playing a traumatized and murderous character led her to “a few dark places” in her performance “both emotionally and physically”, she nevertheless loved the Sofia game process.
“I really want to say that when I say: it was also a joy to be able to explore these things because I wanted a role like this one and to seek a role like this for some time,” said the actress. “I knew when this role came to me, how special it was, and I really connected to her. I connect so deeply with Lauren’s writing and her brain. And it was therefore a pleasure to go to these places because I believe in this show and I believe in this character. So, it was taxing, but in good sense.”

Milioti also said that reward shows tend to make it “very sentimental” because they facilitate the reunion between the actors and the crew members who have gone to other projects. “My favorite part of them is to end up with everyone from The penguinBecause we pulled it a long time ago, and our characters are also often separated, so we can’t really hang as much, “she said.” And it was really very charming. And I really hope, deeply that we can review it in one way or another. And it will not be a kind of final celebration moment, but we don’t know. “”
