Denise Richards’ husband of 6 years Aaron Phypers files for divorce
Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers separate.
Phypers asked Richards divorce on Monday after six years of marriage, according to court documents examined by Weekly entertainment. The founder of the center of healing of the frequency of medicine, 52, cited “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for their split, which should have started on July 4.
In addition to a request for a support for Richards spouse, Phypers has asked to confirm as a list of assets, including wireless and electric electric tools, an Indian Dark Horse 2018 motorcycle and a Shelby GT500 sports car.
EW contacted a representative for Richards to comment.
Although the pair does not share any minor child, Phypers was adopting the 13 -year -old daughter of Richards, Eloise. It is not clear if this adoption was made legal before the deposit. Phypers also helped Richards to parent her other daughters, Sami and Lola, whom she shares with ex Charlie Sheen.
They met for the first time in 2017 at the Quantum 360 Club, the Wellness Center Phypers operates in Malibu, California, where Richards asked for a “repair of preventive DNA”. They got married the following year and opened their life in the world outside and between 2019 and 2024 when Richards appeared Real Beverly Hills housewives.

Richards, 54, is best known for his roles in films like Wild things,, Drop Dead Gorgeousand the film James Bond The world is not enough. She was married to Sheen from 2000 to 2006, and Phypers was previously married to Desperate housewives Star Nicollette Sheridan in 2015, but they separated in 2016 and were divorced in 2018.
On an episode of Mars of the new reality TV show of Richards Denise Richards and her wild thingsThe actress joked by saying that “it is not easy to be married to me” during a denominational interview with Phypers.
“This is not the case, and she said! But that’s it. I’m finished,” said Phypers.
“Yeah, I never divorce again,” added Richards. “Even if we hate each other, I’m not going to divorce.”
