Diamondbacks rally to walk it off against the Padres with five runs in the ninth inning

The Arizona Diamondbacks dragged 7-3 heading down the ninth round against the padres on Saturday evening. The match ended as an 8-7 D-Backs victory with a single outing having been recorded by the Padres.
Things started quite innocent with a single Smith single. Gabriel Moreno and Alek Thomas followed with singles to make things more threatening. These were busy bases, no outing with the connection race coming to the plate in the form of Corbin Carroll. He withdrew. The probability of victory of the Padres increased to 90%. Ketel Marte followed with a single on the field and things were damn serious again. Then came Geraldo Perdomo …
The rocket on the line of the right field with Fernando Tatis Jr. Shadder to the Center released the bases, equaled the game and put the runner winner to the third goal.
Josh Naylor then came on the plate with a single withdrawal and the runner winning 90 feet away. He managed to put the ball in play and give Perdomo just enough time to mark running.
After losing nine of their last 10 games in May, the Diamondbacks are now 9-3 in June and have become in the running.
On the losers side, the Padres moved in a Dodgers match for first place in the NL West on Tuesday. They have lost three games in a row since then. They started season 14-3 and have been 24-28 since then.
