The English lover Lottie Woad threatened a major story before Grace Kim beats Jeeno Thitikul in a match to win the Evian championship.

Leona Maguire: “I played very good golf this week. Really satisfied with the way I played. Probably the best golf course I played in a good time. I knew that my game was somehow presenting itself this week.
“My approach photo is something on which I work a little, and they were really, really good this week. Yes, a lot of positive points to withdraw from the week.”

The next event on the LPGA tour and the European ladies’ tour calendar is the Handa Scottish Open ISPS, which takes place at Dundonald Links from July 24 to 27 and live on Sky Sports.
