Frazer Clarke ordered to fight Jeamie TKV for vacant British heavyweight championship | Boxing News
Frazer Clarke was ordered to fight Jeamie TKV for the British truck title.
David Allen had organized talks for a fight against TKV, but the British Boxing Board of Control has now sanctioned a fight between Clarke and TKV for the Lonsdale vacant belt.
Clarke will aim to win the British title in the third attempt after fighting with a draw with Fabio Wardley, then lost the revenge match by Ko.
David Adeley had previously won the title following a controversial arrest victory on TKV in April.
An immediate revenge match was ordered after TKV was finished and then stopped after referee Ron Kearney called “break”, but Adeley now chose to leave the belt and fight Filip Hrgovic in August.
TKV will rather face Clarke, who returned from the loss of Wardley with an explosive stop of the first round of Ebenezer Tetteh in April.
Allen, who retired after six rounds from his fight in 2023 with Frazer Clarke but dominated Johnny Fisher in their recent Revenge match, could now pay his attention to a fight against Joseph Parker after being targeted as potential adversaries for former WBO world champion.
