Hannah Brown reacts to ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ rose ceremony shocker
Every week for Baccalaureate in paradiseHead of paradise relations (and former single) Hannah Brown will answer a few questions about the “journey” of the distribution to find “Love”. Today, Hannah shares her reflections on the smooch-fest of the “chemistry test”, Justin’s attempt to sacrifice his place on the beach for Susie, and even more.
Entertainment Weekly: Brian immediately started to ignore Zoé in the morning after she gave him a rose, then finally threw her for Parisa. What do you think of the way Zoe managed the situation and what advice would you give to Parisa in terms of going ahead with Brian?
Hannah Brown: My heart went to Zoe, all of you. There was a clear change in the morning after the rose ceremony – especially once Parisa presented itself. Zoe is just the sweetest, but paradise consists in exploring new connections … Even if I fully understand why she felt thrown away. Brian’s energy was confusing, and when she tried to speak, I felt like he didn’t really hear her – just a little deviation.
Now, I’m super curious to see where things are going to with Parisa and Brian. There could be something there, for sure – but I also hope that Parisa will fully benefit from this experience and remain open to the exploration of other people.

This week’s “chemistry test” made the competitors felt several people. Explain why this is a useful exercise and not just unhealthy and a little annoying.
The co-organization of the chemistry test date this week was so fun! I loved it. It’s such a cool way to really check with these first connections and test new ones-as, is there really something there, or are you just caught in the moment and not give a gunshot to others? And the best part: no judgment or outside noise. It was fresh, different from everything we saw in the series before, and honestly … I think it helped people start asking the right questions from the start.
Jonathon gave Alexe his rose, but Wells says he is not sure that he sees a romantic link between them. Where do you stand on this question?
I loved the way Alex has talked about their strong friendship – and honestly, this kind of link can be such a good starting point for something more. Sometimes the best relationships first come from a solid friendship! I always have hope for these two. We will see what will happen next.

What was your reaction to Justin’s decision to give his rose to her ex-Susia so that she does not go home?
You can just say that there is something really authentic between these two. Like, even in the way they talk about respecting themselves and their individual travel – it is clear that there is a deep friendship there. And honestly, the way he chose to protect her and give her a chance to stay another week? It says a lot. He put it first at that time, and there is something really admirable on this subject.
Even before Susie arrives on the beach, Lexi temporarily broke with Justin because she fears that he still has feelings for Susie. Now that Justin has tried (and failed) to give his rose to his ex, do you think there is hope for him and Lexi?
Ok this end?! I did it not See this to come. I always treat. So much things happen, and I’m really curious to see how everything is going on the next episode. My heart hurts a little for all those involved.
