Insurer withdraws lawsuit against ‘The View’ star Sunny Hostin’s husband, Manny Hostin
American Transit Insurance Company withdrew a federal legal action against Dr. Emmanuel “Manny” Hostin, the husband of The view Cohost Sunny Hostin, after accused the fraud orthopedic surgeon in New York.
A complaint filed in January by appointing nearly 200 defendants allegedly alleged that Dr. Hostin “has knowingly provided fraudulent medical and medical health services, including arthroscopic surgeries to people covered by orthopedic hosts” and fraudulently invoiced in American transit “in exchange for installation cuts and / or compensation disguised in dividends or other treasury distributions”.
On Thursday, ATIC published a statement saying that she “voluntarily withdrew the pursuit against Dr Hostin and rejected the trial with prejudice”. The company also “agreed to make a payment on the invoices submitted by Dr Hostin to ATIC”.

American Transit said that he had appointed Dr. Hostin in the Civil Rico case “because he has a small part of a surgical center that was involved in the dispute”, but “after new discussions with Dr. Hostin and his lawyers and investigation by ATIC”, the company was moved to withdraw the trial.
The declaration concluded: “In addition, ATIC deeply regrets all public speculation against Dr. Emmanuel Hostin, his wife, Sunny Hostin, or his children, who could have been the result of the trial.”
Weekly entertainment contacted representatives of the ATIC and hosts for additional comments.
American transit centers his work on the drivers of Uber, Lyft and Taxi, and said in his initial complaint that this type of fraud is “crawling” and “endemic to New York State” – where Dr Hostin trains at his Manhattan medical office – because of his faultless law (or protection against personal injuries).

Daniel Thwaites, a lawyer for Dr Hostin, said in January that his client “denies each allegation” and described the costume as “coverage, dispersion, inlessins of trial by an insurance company almost bankrupt”.
Dr. Hostin got married The viewLegal expert in 1998, two years after their meeting in a Bagels shop following a religious service to which they both attended in Maryland. They share two children, Paloma and Gabriel.
