Jacob Misiorowski, Brewers rookie sensation, outduels Clayton Kershaw as Milwaukee hands Dodgers another loss

Tuesday evening in Milwaukee, baseball fans presented a truly fun match. The Dodgers faced the Brewers and it is quite fun, given the position of the two teams currently in the photo of the NL qualifiers, but the pitching battle was also a great contrast. The future temple of the Clayton Kershaw renown was fresh out of the departure where he recorded his 3,000th career withdrawal and face the recruit of the Brewers Jacob Miriorowski at his fifth beginning of his career.

Kershaw was not at all difficult. He granted two points on six strokes in six rounds.

The young person was better in him, however, despite the fact that a head circuit at Shohei Ohtani. It would be almost all the problems that Misiorowski caused overnight. From this circuit, it has mainly made its way with the powerful programming of the Dodgers, making them look idiots most often. He mainly mixed fast bullets with his cursor and curve while falling into occasional change. Its curve was more effective, because Miriorowski obtained 13 swings on 21 curves, eight of these swings being puffs.

During his six work rounds, Miriorowski only granted it on four strokes. He walked one. He withdrew 12 years. He is a shy from the Brewers recruit record (Freddy Peralta, now a teammate of Misioroski, withdrew 13 years on May 13, 2018).

For video proof of domination, here is a compilation of stick withdrawals, starting with Misiorowski obtaining Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman:

Miriorowski in five career starts is now 4-1 with an MPM of 2.81, 0.90 whip and 33 stick withdrawals. There was a concern for walks when he came, especially when he walked four heats in five years. He has now traveled 11 rounds in 25 ⅔ and although it is not a weak percentage, it is not something that costs him considerably at this stage. According to CBS Sports Research, Miriorowski is only the second launcher in the modern era (1901-print) to authorize a race with six strokes or less during his first three home departures.

Equip this Brewers victory with Cubs defeat in Minnesota, and the Brewers now have 2.5 games in the central NL.

The Dodgers, on the other hand, have now lost five consecutive games for the first time since May 21 to 26, 2024. The Dodgers, of course, won the World Series this season. They have not had a sequence of six consecutive defeats since April 8 to April 13, 2019.

This series ends with a morning on Wednesday, scheduled for 2:10 p.m. in Milwaukee. The pitch match is Lea José Quintana for the Brewers while Tyler Glasnow returns from injury to dodgers.
