Jesse Metcalfe shares premise of ‘John Tucker Must Die’ sequel and disappointing update


More than a year after teasing his existence, Jesse Metcalfe says that he has read the script for the John Tucker must die following. And no, it does not seem that John Tucker returned to his female ways.

Instead, Metcalfe revealed that the infamous heart would get his “karmic remuneration” in front of attending his teenage daughter with “a bunch of John Tuckers”.

On the most recent episode of Tori Spelling Unwolled podcast, the Desperate housewives The actor shared that the script is finished and seated at 20th Century Fox. However, he admitted that the rest seems unlikely.

“I would say that will probably not happen,” said Metcalfe. “They have been sitting on the script for some time. Everyone in the cast said that they would participate and that it did not happen.”

The original film of 2006 follows Heather (Ashanti), Beth (Sophia Bush) and Carrie (Arielle Kebbel), the high school queens of different clicks who enlist the help of the new girl Kate (Brittany Snow) to take revenge on their shared lover John Tucker (Metcalfe).

Metcalfe, Bush and Kebbel first shared the news of a John Tucker Following last year. While the Costares said that the original distribution would be involved, Snow and Penn Badgley, who embodies John’s brother Scott later said that they had not received a call to join the project. Although if Metcalfe’s recent comments are an indication, no one has anyone else.

Metcalfe shared another detail on the script of the suite, namely that John would train the female basketball team at his daughter’s high school.

“It is the general premise without ruining a film that is not even enlightened Green,” said Metcalfe.
