Mark Cuban turned down offer to be considered for Kamala Harris’ VP

Mark Cuban revealed that he had sent the opportunity to be considered for the vice-president of Kamala Harris during his presidential campaign in 2024.

The technological billionaire and Shark tank Star, who approved and openly supported Harris before last year’s elections, confirmed that he had been invited to submit as a candidate to become Harris package in a new interview.

“There were green gossip in MSNBC,” said Tim Miller, host of the Rampart Podcast, told Cuban. “I wouldn’t tell you that if it was not good enough. Someone I trust said they asked you to send VP verification documents and you said:” No, the list would be too long. “Is it true?”

Harris finally named the Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, his choice for VP. When Miller suggested that the campaign and even the results of the elections may have taken place differently with Cuban in place No. 2, the minority owner of Dallas Mavericks raised his shoulders.

“It would obviously have been different,” replied Cuban. “My personality is completely different from that of Tim. My experiences, my history is completely different. I think I crossed the S – more directly. I am not a politician, and therefore it would have been different – but it would have been horrible.”

Laughing, Cuban added: “She would have pulled me within six days.”

When Joe Biden suddenly abandoned the presidency race in July 2024 after winning the Democratic appointment, Cuban became a vocal supporter of Harris and frequently spoke during rallies and events in the main swing states.

“You know, I really thought she was going to win,” he told Miller in her interview. In the end, President Donald Trump and his vice-presidential candidate, JD Vance, were victorious.
