Max Muncy injury: Dodgers infielder (knee) helped off field, set for MRI after nasty collision at third base

The third basic player of Los Angeles Dodgers, Max Muncy, left Wednesday night’s victory on the return of 5-4 on the White Sox of Chicago with a serious injury that the team is, for the moment, which calls “the pain of the left knee”.

After the match, the Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that Muncy would suffer an MRI on Thursday and that the team is “optimistic” after the first exams and hoping to have suffered any sprain.

Before being equipped for corrective glasses in early May, Muncy had an oblique bar line of .181 / .301 / .292 on the season. Since he started wearing glasses, however, he beat .291 / .420 / .563 with 12 circuits in 50 games on Wednesday evening and more walks than stick withdrawals.

Muncy was Adagged for the starting head of the third goal of the National League in the All-Star match of the MLB 2025 by Manny Machado of the Padres of San Diego.
