Alex Zamora first stirred things up as one of the tempting singles on Netflix’s debut season of the long-running Temptation Island. When she’s not looking for love, Alex is a social media influencer and globe-trotting model who recently landed on the cover of Glamour Bulgaria.

Teasing her reality TV return in Perfect Match season 3, Zamora wrote on Instagram, “Last time I was naughty, maybe this time I’ll be nice… back for round two.”

Amber Desiree ‘AD’ Smith (Love Is Blind)

Amber Desiree “AD” Smith first hit your screens in Love Is Blind season 6, where she got engaged to Clay Gravesande — only to be left at the altar in the finale. At the reunion, Clay admitted he’d “made a mistake,” but AD had already moved on and was swiping on dating apps.

Months ahead of the Perfect Match season 3 premiere, fans learned AD found love (and then some) with Ollie Sutherland, a veteran of Love Is Blind: UK. The two got engaged shortly after filming ended, and, in May 2025, they announced they have a little one on the way.

In an Instagram post about Perfect Match season 3, AD wrote, “Y’all wanna know how I met my baby daddy huh? I keep seeing comments saying ‘SPOILER.’ Heheheh THE GAG IS – You think you know, but you have no idea.”

Carrington Rodriguez (Love Island)

It’s been a few years since Carrington Rodriguez hit our screens, having last appeared in season 2 of Love Island USA back in 2020. After entering the villa on day one and sticking it out all the way to the finale, Rodriguez finished in fourth place with Laurel Goldman. Alas, that romance fizzled by December that year.

Clayton Echard (The Bachelor)

After an unsuccessful stint on The Bachelorette, Clayton Echard became the leading man on The Bachelor season 26, stirring up ample controversy along the way. He’s since pivoted to life in Scottsdale, Ariz., working as a real estate agent, mental health speaker, and podcast host. He also wrote a book, 180 Degrees, about mindfulness and self-belief.

In May 2023, Clayton was swept up in a bizarre paternity scheme that ended with a judge ruling in his favor. Two years later, authorities revealed the woman behind the claims was indicted for faking ultrasounds and a pregnancy video, as well as lying under oath.

Now, Echard is back on reality TV with Perfect Match season 3. He shared his excitement on social media, saying, “Third time’s a charm? I don’t know who’s more excited to see me dating again on Reality TV for Perfect Match S3: You all or me? One thing I do know is there will be dancing.”

Cody Wright (Temptation Island)

South Carolina native Cody Wright was one of the tempters on Netflix’s season of Temptation Island. Now, he’s back and ready to find love on his own terms in Perfect Match season 3.

“Gotta stop answering those LA phone calls,” he wrote in an Instagram post promoting the season.

Daniel Perfetto (Dated & Related)

Since starring on Dated & Related in 2022, Daniel Perfetto has capitalized on his newfound fame and become a social media influencer.

During the show, he hit it off with Nina Parsijani, and the two tried to make their long-distance romance work. But with him living in Canada and her in the U.K., the distance was too much for the two to handle, and they’ve since parted ways.

Freddie Powell (Love Is Blind: UK)

Since his breakup with Catherine Richards on the first season of Love Is Blind: UK, Freddie Powell has turned his viral fame into something meaningful. Not only does he still work as a funeral director, but Powell is also using his profile as an advocate for Down syndrome.

In September 2024, Powell announced plans to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for the Down Syndrome Association. It’s an organization close to his heart, as his brother Jack has Down syndrome.

Powell also cohosts the Beyond the Pod podcast with his Love Is Blind: UK pal Benaiah GB, where they spill behind-the-scenes tea and talk about life after the show.

Hannah Burns (The Mole)

Since her time on The Mole, where she finished in third place and started up a showmance with a fellow player, Hannah Burns has been living her best life — hitting the gym, swinging clubs on the golf course, and enjoying nights out.

But here’s the real shocker: she’s engaged. On June 19, the stealthy strategist shared the exciting news with a video flaunting her sparkling engagement ring.

While she’s keeping her fiancé’s identity a secret for now, there’s at least a chance she found the love of her life during season 3 of Perfect Match.

J.R. Warren (The Ultimatum)

After appearing onThe Ultimatum’s third season, J.R. Warren is now a single man. Since his stint on the show, he’s built a social media following and continued promoting his career as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He even developed his own app and a paid fitness program, and we wouldn’t be surprised if several fans are now his clients.

Now he’s back for Perfect Match, where he’ll be joined by his Ultimatum trial wife, Sandy Gallagher. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and they even shared a few steamy moments. Could their reunion lead to something real?

Jalen Brown (Too Hot to Handle)

Jalen Brown wasn’t exactly a bro code supporter in Too Hot to Handle season 6, famously saying, “If I don’t really know the guy, I have no problem going for his girl.” He set his sights on Bri Balram, but she stayed loyal to Demari Davis, leaving Brown in the dust.

Since then, Brown has elevated his modeling career, signing with agencies like Ikon Management, Wilhelmina Models, and The Option Agency.

Juliette Porter (Siesta Key)

Juliette Porter rose to fame as the original narrator and star of MTV’s Siesta Key (2017–2022), and she’s been capitalizing on her popularity ever since. Beyond modeling, influencing, and podcasting like a true reality TV alum, Porter launched her own swimwear brand, JMP The Label.

The brand’s focus on body diversity has earned her massive amounts of support and the Fashion Design Influencer of the Year award at the 2023 American Influencer Awards.

As for Perfect Match season 3, Juliette confirmed the casting announcement via Instagram Stories, posting snaps from her time filming in Tulum, Mexico, with fellow castmates AD and Sandy.

Justine Joy (Love Island)

Love Island USA season 2 winner Justine Joy is no stranger to the reality TV world. After winning Love Island Games season 1, she went on to compete in the inaugural seasons of The Challenge: USA and The Challenge: World Championship.

Over the years, Joy has become a digital creator, sharing fashion, fitness, lifestyle, and beauty content for her hundreds of thousands of Instagram followers.

To celebrate the Perfect Match season 3 cast announcement, Joy joked that “until it sticks,” her fans will be “on this journey to finding the one” right along with her.

Louis Russell (Too Hot to Handle)

The man, the myth, the Netflix legend is back and more flirty than ever. A familiar face to reality junkies, Louis Russell has become a staple on the streamer, racking up appearances on multiple shows.

He made his debut on Too Hot to Handle season 5, returned for season 6, and then competed on season 1 of Battle Camp, where he was eliminated in the fifth episode.

Along the way, he sparked a showmance with Bri Balram, but with Louis now joining Perfect Match season 3, it’s clear that the flame has extinguished and he’s ready to find long-lasting love.

Lucy Syed (Too Hot to Handle)

Too Hot to Handle season 6 wasn’t all that hot for Lucy Syed. She made a strong connection with Charlie Jeer, only to be blindsided when he ditched her late in the season for Katherine LaPrell. Despite this, Lucy held her own, made it to the finale, and walked away as a runner-up.

Syed’s exposure on the show resulted in her cracking six digits on Instagram and establishing a career as an influencer and content creator.

Madison Errichiello (Love Is Blind)

Minnesota artist Madison Errichiello was introduced to the world in season 8 of Love Is Blind, and she went on to furiously stir the pot during her fiery appearance at the reunion.

Now joining the Perfect Match cast, it’s anyone’s guess who she’ll click with this time.

Olivia Rae (Temptation Island)

Olivia Rae made her reality TV debut as a temptress on Temptation Island (2025). Now, she’s ready to have fun and be herself on Perfect Match, all while trying to find love (even if that means stepping on some toes to lock down her match).

Since gaining notoriety, Rae has been building her brand as a social media model and influencer.

Ollie Sutherland (Love Is Blind: UK)

Ollie Sutherland may have been left at the altar on Love Is Blind: UK season 1, but clearly, fate had better plans. He met AD on Perfect Match season 3, they’ve since gotten engaged and are now expecting their first baby together.

Sutherland posted about his involvement on Instagram, and he and AD had some playful banter in the comment section. “Can’t wait for the world to see how easy it was to bag you,” she cracked. “I gave you one look and you melted,” he retorted.

Quori-Tyler “QT” Bullock (The Circle)

Former Laker girl and Battle Camp contestant Quori-Tyler “QT” Bullock went into The Circle season 6 as a self-proclaimed superfan, leaving with a third-place finish and a skyrocketing digital following. She even had a brief fling with fellow The Circle star Myles Reed before they decided they were better off as friends.

That clearly opened QT up to appearing on Perfect Match, and it seems the gamer is finally ready to kick strategy to the curb and prioritize finding true love.

Rachel Recchia (The Bachelorette)

Bachelor Nation alum Rachel Recchia isn’t giving up on love. After self-eliminating from season 26 of The Bachelor and calling off her engagement to Tino Franco (who cheated), she gave it another shot on Bachelor in Paradise.

Before reality TV, Recchia worked as a flight instructor and has since become a pilot. When she’s not flying for work, though, she’s jet-setting on her own or growing her influencer brand.

Recchia has taken a humorous approach to her Perfect Match casting, writing on her Instagram Stories that “Netflix called and said they needed someone to cry this season.”

With ex Clayton Echard also on Perfect Match, will old sparks fly or will they stay far away from each other? (Probably the latter.)

Ray Gantt (Love Island)

Ray Gantt was a contestant in season 1 of Love Island USA back in 2019, finishing third with Caro Viehweg. He then returned for Love Island Games season 1, but got dumped halfway through the competition.

Now, Gantt’s a model, influencer, and photographer who’s hoping his time on Perfect Match proves that the third time’s a charm in the love department.

Sandy Gallagher (The Ultimatum)

Sandy Gallagher and her on-again, off-again partner Nick Tramontin brought the drama to The Ultimatum season 3. They split up by the finale, but Sandy has been riding her newfound notoriety and kickstarting her influencer hustle.

Now, Gallagher is back on Netflix, this time in Perfect Match season 3. She’ll be reuniting with her former trial hubby J.R. Warren, but only time will tell if they give their connection another go or close that chapter for good.

Scott Van-Der-Sluis (Love Island)

Professional soccer player Scott Van-Der-Sluis participated in Love Island season 10 as a bombshell before being dumped from the island on Day 52. Less than a month later, he popped up in season 5 of Love Island USA, though his stay was short-lived. He then took part in Love Island Games season 1, where he lasted just three days.

Despite the constant rejection, Van-Der-Sluis seems determined to find the love of his life. Maybe he’ll meet her on Perfect Match.
