Notre Dame football recruiting: Larry Fitzgerald’s son, three-star WR Devin Fitzgerald, commits to Irish

The receiver of three stars Devin Fitzgerald, son of the NFL legend, Larry Fitzgerald, signed up for Notre Dame on Saturday against Clemson, Stanford and Ucla. The preparatory product of the Brophy College of Phoenix, Arizona, is the last player to engage in Notre Dame in the recruitment class of 2026, because the Fighting Irish are currently holding the fourth row class in the cycle behind the USC, Georgia and Texas A&M.
“I chose Notre Dame because of people, culture and goal behind everything they do,” Fitzgerald told 247sports. “It’s not just about football. It is about building something bigger – a future, a heritage.”
During his junior season at Brophy College Preparatory, Fitzgerald transported 52 catches for 720 yards and nine affected in 13 games.

Fitzgerald ranks as a player No. 2 in the state of Arizona and is the 55th -wide wide receiver in the recruitment class of 2026.
