RBs to target/avoid in 2025 Fantasy Football drafts: Schedule favors Alvin Kamara, hurts Kyren Williams
It’s a happy new year to write runners in fantastic football. Few studs dropped us last year (notwithstanding Christian McCaffrey), and all are back in major roles this year. The recruit class of 2025 has been one of the strongest for a long time. The depth is incredible.
But do you know what would make him better? Know which runners have favorable schedules and which do not.
I spent time this off -season looking for each defensive starter projected and a guy of quality depth, the basic diagram of each team and the cover trends of each team against the position. This is how I could make a supposition calculated on the teams which will be excellent against the runners, which teams will be thus, and which teams go stubborn.
With this information, a projection was made to measure the strength of each defense with which a ball carrier would be confronted. Each defense obtained a note, each calendar produced a total note, and the group of runners from each team received a classification according to its matches.
All of this was done to help provide an advantage based on matches. And not only for the whole season, but during the first four weeks, which are particularly crucial for the RB that you take with the expectations in small groups.
Is it enough to make important decisions on runners? I wouldn’t go so far. But I have been doing this for years now and I think it helps to provide equality of equality between equally qualified rushers. These are projections like these that could help me write Alvin Kamara on Breece Hall this year, or Jonathan Taylor on Kyren Williams.

Kamara has a better advantage than any RB in fantasy. Based on my ranking, the saints have the most favorable running calendar. You may not think so soon because he will see three NFC West teams, then Buffalo to start the year, but shortly after, he will face other teams from the south of the NFC with giants, patriots, bears and dolphins. He also obtained the titans in the week 17. Many of these teams have responsibilities on the cover of pass against the runners, which facilitates the Kamara path to another happy new year.

Niners have a favorable calendar among the first five on each position. This does not mean that the NFC West is a cake for them – this is in fact not the case, because the cardinals, the Rams and the Seahawks have each improved their defenses. This has more to do with their clashes against the NFC South and AFC South, and the Niners have games against the final racing and slightly improved like the Bears and the Giants. This is another point which promotes a year of rebound for McCaffrey, but it does not replace the risks linked to take it – or write the backup Isaac Guerendo.

No one is easier in September. The raiders pulled the simplest calendar of weeks 1 to 4 – patriots, chargers, commanders and bear. This is the list of perfect rise in power for the indoctrination of Jeanty, and frankly, it does not become more difficult before week 10 or 12. This is an example of good equality if you debate it against other studs at the start of the round.

A big strike against the Rams powerback. The Los Angeles calendar is considered the third the most apron for the runners. In the first six weeks, the only acceptable clashes that Williams will have been in Tennessee in week 2 and against Indianapolis in week 4 (and this could be a trap because the defense of the colts closed firmly). Their other matches against the Texans, the Eagles, the Niners and the Ravens all project themselves as walls of proverbial cement. In four games against the 49ers and Eagles last season, including the playoffs, Williams had a match with more than 13.2 PPR points and a match with more than 11.2 non -PPR points. The calendar softens a little after, but it is not great. It could also be an escape or two to waste all its allocation of playing time. It was enough for me to move it in my ranking.

SWEDDING Hard in front. We know that this division is ripe with three difficult defenses … and Bengals. Unsurprisingly, Cincy has the least fatty RB calendar by a huge margin. Last year, Brown had huge games against the Ravens and the Steelers, another modest match against Baltimore, and two Yuckos against the Browns. He had at least 15 keys in each of them, so good workload did not guarantee good results. He will also play lions, broncos, jets, vikings and packers – everything before week 9. If Word comes out that Bucky Irving will see more keys, then it’s an easy decision to take Irving on Brown.
AFC North has the worst
You already know that the RB Bengal program has noted all kinds of evil, but the four AFC North teams plan to have defense hours at the end of 5. I do not think you will care a little about Derrick Henry, but I would remember that with regard to the other runners of the division, including the two recruits, Tinshon Judkins and Kaleb Johnson.
Others with favorable hours: Saquon Barkley (third), Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet (sixth but the most difficult at the start of the season), Giants RBS (fifth more sensible; keep them in mind as sleeprs), RBS loaders (Eighth-Plus easy), Jaguars RBS (Seventh-Plus and more difficult in season).
Others with difficult times: De’von Achane (sixth more tangible), Aaron Jones (seventh most), Breece Hall (ninth the most), Isiah Pacheco (eighth most).
RBS with favorable schedules at the start of the season (potential candidates for sale in October): Josh Jacobs, Brian Robinson Jr., by Andre Swift, Treveyon Henderson
RBS with difficult hours at the start of the season (potential candidates from Buy-Bas in October): McCaffrey, Kamara, Pollard, RBS Cowboys, Seahawks RBS
