Super League: Hull FC horror home run continues as St Helens win 13-6 at MKM Stadium | Rugby League News
St Helens climbed the Super League fourth row by extending the Hull FC horror race at home with a 13-6 victory on Saturday.
He made 12 games without victory at the MKM Stadium for Hull, a race that dates back to July 20 of last year, the saints winning 13-6 thanks to Kyle Feldt’s Brace of Tries and Jonny Lomax cutting five points.
Visitors, who have exceeded Leeds in the table, took advantage of several errors from their opponents to open a 12-0 advance short time after half-time, although Davy Litten’s test has revived Hull’s hopes.
The eight victories of Hull this year were on the road and the wind was removed from their sails after the goal of Lomax two minutes from time, guaranteeing the 20th victory of the saints in their last 21 meetings against blacks and whites.
They went forward thanks to the 25 -meter penalty of Lomax after Matty Lees was removed before obtaining the ball of Morgan Knowles, before the saints increased their advance on the quarter of an hour.
Curtis Sironen initially broke out when he pierced a gap in the defense of Hull, but while Owen Dagnell and Alex Walmsley approached the line, Feldt went on the right side after spending the past Aiden Sezer.
After Lomax divided the messages with a delicate conversion of touchline, the saints continued to tackle, but Hull held firm despite his own efforts with several Knock-ons in rapid succession.
They finally started to settle as the first half to end, with Lewis Martin only denied in his dashboard for the corner by a combination of Harry Robertson and Tristan Sailor.
Hull held a brief part-time group before heading for the locker room, although they had more late after 45 minutes, Feldt rushing over Martin to grab the high kick of Moses Mbye then turning around and moving in front of Litten.
After Lomax did not add the extras, Sezer broke out of his own and was lit to get Hull on the board, with Zak Hardaker dividing the messages to bring the hosts to a converted score.
Feldt entered a mustache from a hat -trick after recovering another Mbye from top to bottom and twisted on the line, but his left arm came into contact before his right hides the ball, while Lomax saw a drop of drop loaded in the last 10 minutes.
However, we cannot deny Lomax when a second attempt was presented to him in front of the posts, the captain of the saints starting from 20 meters to give visitors two points.
