The British and Irish lions suffered a hammer after Tomos Williams was excluded from the rest of their tour in Australia with the problem of the hamstring supported against Western Force on Saturday.
Ben White was called from the Scottish team which is currently in New Zealand to fill the vacancy created by the Williams injury, which occurred at the start of the second half at the Optus stadium.
Two appearances in his first Lions tour and Williams had set an early marker for selecting the tests half from Scrum with his display at two titles to Perth placing him in pole position to face the Wallabies on July 19.

The withdrawal of Williams from the Lions team is partially compensated by the recovery of Jamison Gibson-Park from the buttock problem who forced him to miss the first two games against Argentina and strength.

The half-back of England Mitchell will be the only player on tour to appear in the three games if it is involved in the Suncorp Stadium.

Hugo Keenan’s rear made his first appearance of the tour after having recovered from a calf injury, while Finn Russell continues half the fly that impressed at the Optus stadium.
